**Refund Policy for Afrohouse and Chill Events:** Thank you for choosing Afrohouse and Chill for your event needs. We strive to provide the best experience possible for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances arise that may require a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully:
 

1. **Refund Eligibility:** Refunds are eligible under the following conditions: - Event cancellation by Afrohouse and Chill. - In case of a scheduling conflict with the event date (please notify us at least 48 hours before the event). - If there are any errors in ticket pricing or description.

2. **Refund Process:** - To request a refund, please email us at Afrohouseandchill@gmail.com with your name, event details, and reason for the refund request. - Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the event date. - Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

3. **Non-Refundable Items:** - Processing fees and service charges are non-refundable. - Tickets purchased within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
